After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1986, Habib FAZLIOGLU established FAZLIOGLU LAW OFFICE in 1988.
Habib FAZLIOGLU focuses on Property Law, Execution and Liquidation Law, Banking and Finance Law, Company Commercial Law, Labor Law and Litigation. During his career, decisions given by the Supreme Court of Appeals regarding the lawsuits defended by him have been published in Supreme Court Publications.
Between 2002 – 2003, Habib FAZLIOGLU served as a legal counsel in a state bank where he worked on “Istanbul Approach Project” (Istanbul Yaklaþýmý) in relation to debt re-structuring of private sector companies at an amount of 1.5 billion US Dollar . Habib FAZLIOGLU attended meetings as the legal counsel and representative of the Bank where all the creditor banks, financial institutions and debtors or third party legal entities have gathered for the reconstruction of current debts.
Habib FAZLIOGLU is a member of Istanbul Bar Association since 1988 and can speak fluent English.

Ali Erdem, focuses on Execution and Liquidation Law, Banking and Finance Law, Companies and Commercial Law, Labor Law and Litigation.
After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2001, Ali Erdem completed his legal internship in FAZLIOGLU LAW OFFICE. Thereafter, he started his career by practicing in the field of Banking Law and Litigation. Before serving in the military, he has studied business English in London (2003 - 2004). He continued his career as a senior lawyer in PI Partners/Ernst & Young and practiced in many mergers & acquisition transactions, legal due diligence projects. He has also provided legal consultancy on commercial law and labor law.
Taking into consideration the growing importance of China in the world markets and his interest in far eastern culture, he spent nine months (2007 - 2008) in Shanghai - China for his language education in East China Normal University (ECNU). He can speak fluent English and beginner level Chinese.

Duygu, practices on Company Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law, Banking and Finance Regulations, Leasing, Disputes arising from Administrative Law and litigation.
Before joining to FAZLIOGLU LAW OFFICE, she had started her career in Izmir mostly dealing on litigation, trade mark and industrial design rights, administrative and tax law disputes.
Duygu is graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law on 2003. Thereafter she received LLM degree on 2006 from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law Private Law Department and she submitted her thesis on Procedural Law. Duygu had started her career by being the member of Izmir Bar Association on 2005 and after she joined to FAZLIOGLU LAW OFFICE on 2008 she become the member of Istanbul Bar Association. Duygu speaks fluent English.

Prof. Dr. Ali Cem Budak graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1986. He received M.A., LL.M. and doctorate (summa cum laude) degrees from Istanbul University, University of London and University of Bremen in 1990, 1991 and 1997.
He worked at Istanbul Chamber of Industry, Birsel Law Offices as a legal consultant and Arcelik A.S. as the general counsel. He served as a research fellow and law teacher in Istanbul University, University of Bremen, Koç University, and is presently teaching undergraduate and post graduate courses in civil procedure and insolvency law at Yeditepe University Law School.
His practice focuses on corporate law, civil litigation and contracts. He published a large number of articles and books in the area of civil procedure, arbitration, insolvency, competition law and legal sociology. He is the editor of Journal of Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and Journal for Civil Procedure and Insolvency. He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.

Esin is a senior executive with the rare combination of sales and recovery management experience in the consumer/retail banking industry, more specifically in credit cards, personal loans, overdrafts and insurance. A key member in growing the Citibank consumer bank franchise, with diverse experiences in several countries, especially Turkey and the UK.
She worked as the Cross-sell sales director in the UK Consumer in Citibank from 2005 - 2007 and has turned the UK call centre to a revenue generating sales centre in a span of 6 months. Esin is experienced in improving sales productivity & effectiveness and has introduced new sales techniques across products. She has also designed and implemented portfolio and customer based retention strategies.
Esin is a veteran in crisis management having gone through the Turkish Lira crisis in 2002 and natural disasters such as the earthquakes in Istanbul and the Marmara region. In her 10 years with Citibank Turkey, Esin has been a key member in growing the Citibank Consumer Bank franchise with expertise in sales, collections management, productivity improvements, cost management, and Process Reengineering. Earlier, she spent 7 years in Consumer Banking in Yapi Kredi Bank in Turkey .She had been the founder member of the consumer business in Yapi Kredi Bank.
Esin holds bachelors degree in Economics from Istanbul University and master degree from the public relations in the same university. She is a member of the Swash and Buckle since she is a fond of fencing. Published an autobiography.
